Our GRP Mandrel is manufactured with a steel core and Composite overwrap. The surface of the mandrel is built layer by layer by using CSM, WRM and filament winded with direct roving as a polyester resin composite. After curing, the FRP overwrap is machined with suitable taper and ground to polished finish for easy extraction. Our mandrels are used for making Fiberglass filament wound [GRP] pipes, as per AWWA C-950, BIS 14402 and BIS 12709 standards. We also make mandrels for GRP pipe couplers and as per customer requirement.
